For nutritive herbs, like milky oats or reishi, simples are commonly suggested since the dose can be quite high. But working with a simple of any herbal extract allows you to work closely with one plant, getting to know its energetics and how you interact, deepening your connection and understanding with a certain herb. You can also source simples to make your own formula. If you’d like more than 1oz then add multiple to cart and your simple will be sent in that sized bottle (for example: 4× 1 oz lemon balm simple will be sent in a 4 oz bottle).
