A 4-part Seasonal Herbshare
Throughout the year, starting in March, you’ll receive an herbshare to mark the shift of each season. Each will include 5 different herbal preparations to address general seasonal needs and to celebrate the garden abundance. Each share will also include information about how to work with each preparation as well as a botanical print and micro monograph.
Four-season share or individual seasonal shares are available. Perfect for anyone who may be herbal curious and for those who feel flexible or excited about the mystery of what each share will contain. I grow many of the herbs I work with in my garden, or source from local farms and/or herbs that are organically grown.
Specific seasonal offerings will be determined leading up to each share but you can expect some of my favorites- oxymels, bitters, cordials, herbal bath salts, infused honeys along with others to support lymph movement, nervous system, digestion, allergy season, sleep, first aid, immune system and more.
The Spring Share is focuses son lymphatic health, mineral rich spring greens especially nettles. (included - spring greens herb salt, a mineral rich tea and oxymel, lymphatic massage oil and a floral mineral bitters formula*)
The Summer Share is focuses on nervous system health, the cooling effects of sour herbs and the rose family. (included - cooling oxymel and sun tea, a bug bite balm, a milky oat elixir and a rose cordial*)
The Fall Share focuses on digestive health, the effects of bitter and citrus. (will include a digestive bitters, oxymel and tea, as well as a deep sleep tincture and a resinous roots honey for digestion and lung health during fire season*)
The Winter Share highlights immune health, the building effects of sweet herbs and herbal highlight is TBD. (will include fire cider, an adaptogenic cacao powder, a warming tea and bath salt, as well as a 5th TBD herbal preparation*)
